Terms and Conditions

The deposit/retainer is non-refundable, but transferable to another date, as long as I am available for that date. The remaining wedding balance is payable 21 days before your wedding day. Image copyright is shared by Creek Street Photography and client (wedding couple). Client can use images for any purpose except commercial purposes, such as, but not limited to, selling images for profit or use in other commercial purposes without Creek Street Photography's consent. This agreement also includes Creek Street Photography's right to use any photographs for printed advertising, sample albums or any other promotional purpose without recourse, except online advertising. Creek Street Photography will not use images for online promotion without client's consent. We accept that Creek Street Photography will do everything within their capabilities to provide a professional service and quality. Liability is limited to the return of payment received.
