KARI & ED – DUNBAR HOUSE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Kari & Ed got ready at the Watsons Bay Hotel and held the ceremony and the reception at the lovely Dunbar House.

Started the day at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel photographing the boys getting ready. Luckily we had the help of three partners of the groomsmen to help get the boys up to scratch. As Kari and the bridesmaids were getting ready in the same place Kari had arranged for Ed to come in and do the “behind the wall photos” – get a photo of them both but without seeing each other. Luckily we did a test before Ed turned up as it was mirrors and reflection from glass everywhere, but we found the perfect spot for the photo.
Kari looked just amazing and so did the girls. Three of the bridesmaids were Kari’s sisters and I don’t think they stopped laughing the whole day – had a lot of fun with this fun loving bridal party.

The ceremony was held under the beautiful fig tree just outside of Dunbar House. It is a great spot as the sun is just behind the wedding couple and creates great light and atmosphere for the wedding ceremony.

The lovely Coral Kortlepel was the celebrant and as always held a beautiful ceremony – I highly recommend Coral if you are thinking about a civil wedding ceremony. For the wedding photos of the bridal party and the bride and groom we wondered over to the beach at Watsons Bay.

Reception was held at Dunbar House, and what a night it was 🙂
