I photographed this woman’s pregnancy and I was looking forward to seeing her again for her newborn shoot. Because of covid she missed her session. I really feel for mums and families who have birthed during the pandemic. Not being able to celebrate this special and fleeting time with family and friends, hospital protocols changing rapidly and the worry about getting covid is not something we as mothers have gone through before.
